As Irene says everyone get the same number irrespective of how much you have to lose, so between 5 and 15 a day. How many to have is up to you but you should definitely have at least 5 a day. I would recommend starting with 15 a day and seeing how it goes. A common mistake of newbies is thinking that they will speed up losses by having fewer syns a day. In fact this isn't the case and some people even find it slows them down.
