syns and general info

I have posted a couple of times for help with syn values of things but i don't seem to get any replies am I doing some thing wrong, is it because I am new or are we all in the same position that unless you are attending classes there is no way of working out the syns even when the product is mostly free food, e.g. Ainsley harriot chilli and lime quinoa, i have the 2010 food directory but it is not in there either. I would be grateful for any/all feed back.

I found this...is it the right thing?

Chilli & Lime Quinoa & Basmati Rice, made up as directed, dried , 100g cooked

EE- 1 Orig- 6.5 Green- 1

Hey Grumbletumble, THANX that is exactly what I was looking for the other one (if I can be really cheeky) is Ainsley Harriotts wild mushroom bulgar wheat, you are a star!!!!
