I am about to get started - I have done WW for a few years and although hubbie had success I did not have much however my mum has lost 3 stone on this !!
I understand Green and Red but can someone just explain -I think mum said I could have up to may be 10 syns a day and I think 1 choice from healthy options section a and one from b is this right regardless of green or red day.
Can't wait to start
