Syns daily or weekly

Just wondering do you use our syns daily ie 5-15 a day or start with so many at the start of the week and count down?
How does this also affect your loses?

I do daily, and I found my losses were better at 14-15 than 10-12!
 
I've always used mine daily. I feel more in control that way & less likely to binge
 
i am restarting next week and will be doing mine daily so less likely to think stuff it and have tons and then 'try' (i always fail) to pull back the rest of the week
 
My weigh in is on Friday morning which means that after my saturday night alcohol binge I have most of the week to get back on track - so definitely weekly for me. :D
 
am new to SW, but my first week i done them weekly....didn't enjoy that too much, felt to much like WW, since then i have been using them daily and much prefer that, keeps me in check a bit more lol..
 
I've always done mine weekly, it makes me feel more in control that way.
 
Daily for me & I've stopped using my syns on chocolate/crisps/sweets as found I just couldn't stop after a couple of mini bars. Also I never ate chocolate daily before starting SW so thought to myself why am I now...

I use syns on ketchup, extra bread or thing incorporated within my meal. Today for example I'll be synning sausages. Since doing this I actually feel more full/satisfied after my lunch/dinner whereas before I'd want to stuff my face after. After 9 weeks I've discovered that this is best for me.

I use around 12 syns a day but if I do go over 1 day I try my best to have less the next day but that rarely happens now.
 
I've been doing mine daily but after a week 'off' last week (my first * week in months!!) I've found since restarting this week I've been alot hungrier on some days than on others. So I'm thinking I might try it weekly from Monday to try and counter this a bit.
 
it depends. this week i have had them over the week as we had friends round we havent seen for years so had a naughty chinese, then it was a big birthday meal for my brother the next day. I must admit though when i've done this in the past my losses were better than when i have 10-15 per day so who knows. After 3 weeks of sts if i've lost this week i think i will do 105 over the week for a couple of weeks
 
For the past fortnight I have had awful Saturdays which have drove me to drink. Luckily I had saved syns during the week so was still within my weekly allowance. I feel like Im not depriving myself if I save up during the week. If Im honest I find it hard to use all my syns daily anyway as I've never been a big chocolate eater etc I use a few a day on tomato sauce and Light mayo etc.
 
I do mine daily unless I fancy a drink on a Saturday then I do weekly.....like for example on Saturday night I drank 60 syns now I feel crappy! Guess i'll see how it works out on thursday ;)

I'm so glad its not just me that enjoys saturday nights. lol

Oh no I do too but I was super good for like 7 weeks & never touched a drop, but I have them now just not every week. I don't really use my syns otherwise maybe just a wee bit of coleslaw or Mayo. I don't eat bread so have a chocolate fix every day by having a chocolate cereal bar :D

I use my syns daily unless i know i have something coming up like a night out and i save them and use the flexible syns tool.. i dont think i couldnt have syns daily!
 
I'd always done daily, as I like SW's approach of starting each day afresh. I have recently done a couple of weekly ones though, so I could indulge in a fair few pints at the weekend, but stay well within my syns over the weeks as a whole.
I like both ways, but think I will use weekly when I know in advance I've got a night out. I used to flexi-syn, but didn't like having to 'accept' a STS or gain, and doing this weekly has helped me avoid that x
