Hello,
175ml is 6 syns, 250ml is 8.5 syns. I'm no good at maths, but I'm sure that if you are you can work it out from this?! Good luck!

I would also syn it at 4. I calculated it as either 4.08 or 4.11 syns so being considerably less than 4.5 I'd round down to 4.

I syn 125 ml at 4 to 4.5 syns

Hi all, from the above I have calculated that a 18.7cl bottle of red wine would be 6.4 (6.5) syns, my query is I am drinking Tesco Light choices California Merlot which is only 8% vol not the usual 12 - 14% for Red wine.

Does this change the syn value, or is it all just as naughty!

Thanks, was looking for this! I put 50ml into a stew I'm doing in the slow cooker today. Works out at 1.7syns but its between 4 so really less then 1/2 syn each not too bad!
