Syns for 400g bread

Hi

I use warbutons 400g wholemeal bread ( not the thick just regular) I've already had my 2 slices for today as a hex . But need some more for tea to use as breadcrumbs


Can someone tell me the syn value of this bread- I've read 6 syns before but assumed surely that's the larger slices of bread..? As these r tiny!

3 syns per slice or 6 for the 2 for HExB.
