syns for a wholemeal roti

I was a bit naughty and went for a wrap for lunch with my friend, the filling was a chickpea curry and cabbage so not too awful but I'm wondering what the syns are in the bread, can't see anything on the site and got quite varying answers online. it was smaller than a tortilla, the diameter was prob about the same size as the length of a pitta bread. thanks!

No way of knowing for sure so you would just have to guesstimate it - based either on a wrap or pitta bread I suppose. Don't forget to allow some syns for oil etc in the curry
