Syns for beans on a red day?

Hi. On a red day and already used both HEXB's today so does anyone know how many syns are in a small tin please?
I fancy a fry up for tea

If you go to the site search for minimins at the top of the page & type in what you need to know, hopefully you will get your answer......I use it all the time to find out about Syns

You are better using the search button at the top right of the sticky section as that will search this forum and not the whole site

Baked beans are 4 syns per 100g on the red plan

Thanks guys. I was at work at the time and the flipping search wasnt working properly on my phone, kept timing out

Beans will always be 1 syn per 20 calories on Red if youre not HEXing them, as they are not Free.
