Syns for sausages on a green day?

Hiya,

I have some sausages which are syn free on a red and extra easy day, but I'm wondering how to work out the syn value on a green day.

They're from a butcher so there's no nutrional info on the packet!

I'm guessing they'll be high cos of all the meat? Even though they are less fat?
