syns in costa mocha?

I had a medium mocha from costa coffee today and have no idea of the syn value. It was a standard one e.g. normal milk not skimmed!!

Have you tried the costa website, there is no free food allowance, so you cam divide the calories by 20 for the syn value

Medio mocha 153 kcals = 7.5 syns

And you could use the milk as a HexA to knock of syns??
