Syns in low fat cottage cheese?

Had to substitute fat free with Tesco Light Choices cottage cheese. Says low fat but does anyone know the syns pls? X

Yep really

and the light choices cottage cheese with chive and cottage cheese with grilled pepper pesto altho I've yet to find this one.

i HATED the stuff till i had the tesco grilled pepper pesto one!! Lovely on a potato! I would recommend it if you are able to get it x

Asdas do some lovely cottage cheese thats free in there good for you range. Try the cracked black pepper one. Its lovely.
