Syns in mls

Does 10 mls weigh the same as 10 grams?
I might be being a bit thick here but when using the SW site to work out the syns of something it asks for the nutritional info in grams. I was trying to work out the syns for sauces so the N I was on the packaging in mls. Does this not matter? Will the syns be the same?

yes, they weigh the same (roughly)

As long as its liquid/solid.
If its got a lot of air in (flour, sweetener, grains etc) it will weigh less.
