syns in nido full cream milk powder

i like to have this powder in my tea, im trying to work out the syns and so far three teaspoons of this powder is 164 calories which should be around 8 syns right? i just need to know if i’m counting the syns correctly

I can't find it on syns online, so yes, 1 syn per 20 cals is quite right.
