Syns in night nurse?????

Can anyone help please?

I'm full of cold :sick: and would normally take night nurse but I'm guessing its got quite a few syns in - does anyone know how many?

I've not had any syns today so think I should be ok but it would be good to know for sure.

Hiya

I can't find Night Nurse but 2 teaspoons of a cough medicine is 1.5 syns. I can't see there being a huge amount of difference.
