SYNS IN PINENUTS?

Could anyone help me with the syn values for pinenuts? First day back after a long break and I'vesprinkled pinenuts on my salad before eating without thinking.

I've not got access back to SW online yet as I'm trying to see if I can manage without and use the money for better foods. Not sure that plan will work as its day one and I'm getting stuck.
