Syns in Satay Stick from deli counter

Hi,
I'm restarting SW this week. I often buy those chicken satay stick things from supermarket delis for my lunch. A friend thought they were probably free but I wanted to check. Does anyone know the syn values?

Someone asked this before. I'm sure I worked it out that you could have three mini ones for half a syn.
