Syns in Tomato puree

Hey everyone please could you tell me how many sinds in tomato puree? and how much i should put in my bolognaise sauce ???

i know but its for bolognaise, and its a bit more flavoursome

Don't use it its a waste of syns honestly! Use passatta or chopped toms, mixed herbs, garlic granules and sweetner to taste. Plus I like to add in a tablespoon of worstershire sauce.

Tablespoon is 1/2 a syn.

I agree - I don't bother with it and my bolognaise is always very tasty and syn freeeee

i got some tomato and worcester sauce and its 1 sin per tbsp which is not bad for whole lasagna, and tom, puree is 1/2 per tbsp
