syns in uncle bens rice time mexican chilli pot??

I have started a fresh on slimming world this week and although i read this forum a lot i rarely post so apologies if i am not posting this in the correct area......
Can anyone tell me please the syn value of the uncle bens rice time mexican chilli its two pots one rice the other sauce 330g values per 100g kcal 113,carbs 22.8g ,fat 1g,protein 2.5g.
