Extra Easy Syns question!

S it okay to use more than your daily allowance of syns on one day. Looking at my diary I've had 24 on one day and then 6 the next. Will this hinder my weight loss? X

Some do weekly syns and it works for them. I guess its trial and error to see what works for you xx

I pretty much always do weekly syns and its been fine
