Syns Values for some snacks

I have just started SW and need to know the syn values of a few things I have in my cupboard. I would like to know the syns rather than guessemating

Kelloggs Elevenses Bar

the only go ahead i can see thet might be is (go-ahead yougurt breaks plain twin pack 18g 3.5 on all plans ) is it these ones?

and the elevenses bar it depands on flavour

Thats brill with the syns for the Go Ahead biscuits. I thought they would be higher.

As for the elevenses bar, I only like the Raisins
