my consultant says you can do that , we mostly go on 10 a day so 70 a week. There are a few in my class who use their whole 70 syns on a bottle of spirits lol and then just have free or 0 syn food the rest of the week.

 

Yes you are allowed to use your syns weekly but I would always still use at least 5 a day so you dont feel deprived
