Syns

Hi,
I have the booklet showing syn values but is there a way to work out the syn value of foods?
I read 15 syns is 300 calories so I'm assuming 1 syn is 20 cals???
Is that the easiest way to work it out?

Yes, if the food has no free food value then the 1:20 rule of thumb is a good broad guide
