im just wondering what everyone uses their syns for??? This is my second week on SW & I've been having yogurt & fruit for breakfast saving my B food for lunch! Thinking of using some of my syns to have cereal in morning as I'd still have enough left for wee curly wurly at night!
Typical days menu would be
cereal for breakfast (using syns)
Toast & boiled egg. For lunch ( healthy B)
Protein & rice/pasta for tea (free)
Fruit (free)
Curly wurly (using syns)
Does anyone else use their syns to have an extra B food??? I'm just worried I won't lose ifi do this but I'm sure that's better than using them all on chocolate & crisps!!!!
