I am on my third day of following Sw and live it. Have always been a ww but am finding this easy to stick to! Do I have to use syns every day?

Yes, you must eat your syns, you are advised to have between 5-15 a day, if you don't eat your syns you will have nothing to fall back on if your weight loss reaches a plateau, if you are eating syns you can cut back on them to kick start your weight loss again, good luck with the diet.

Damn!!! Just have to have another Oreo cookie!!! Am finding it tricky to eat my healthy extras, am breast feeding so should have four more. Any tips? If I eat normal things I will lose my will power. I have to be strict!!!!
