    So, I've just got back from meeting my consultant and she was awesome.

    I'm now completely excited to start CD tomorrow!!! I got 15 shakes, 3 soups and 3 porridges, just so I can try a little of what sounds nice.

    Well just had my first food pack, the apple and cinnamon porridge, and it was vile. Couldn't eat all of it. It was so bitty and just tasteless. I'm hoping that my shakes are nicer!

    OMG the vanilla shake was beautiful. I could happily just have that. mmmmmm. Can't wait to try the chocolate and fruits of the forest.

    Maple and pecan porridge is yummy. The cinnamon made me want to be sick so haven't ever ordered that again but my ultimate fave is Choc orange. Mmmmmmmmm yummy :)

    I really didn't get along with the porridge, so no more of that for me lol. I felt really ill last night and this morning. Almost like if I moved the wrong way I'd be sick.

    I had this mornings shake, Fruits of the Forest and I really enjoyed it. It was like a lovely fruity yoghurt. Mmmmm. Chocolate next.

    Today I felt really good. Went shopping and got a pair of size 14 shorts so that I have something nice to look forward to. I'm really finding that the shakes and water are filling me up, so I'm pretty pleased.

    Went shopping today and managed to pass by all the fast food, even though I could really have done with a Burger King and Krispy Kreme. I'm so proud of myself. >.<

    Well done on resisting the fast food!! I've also got a few items of clothing I've got to slim in to. I'm sure you'll be in those shorts in no time!

    Was informed by my doctor that I shouldn't be doing Cambridge. I started to get really bad chest pains on Sunday. I have never felt anything so painful. he said it definitely wasn't a good idea. Oh well, guess I have to do this on my own.

    have you got in mind another diet hun? Were the chest pains definately down to the diet or do you think there could be another reason? if so dont let him fob you off blaming the diet get this sorted out asap! just becasue you have to find different diet doesnt mean you have to go it alone hun, message me anytime

    I have to agree this sounds odd. Did he examine you? What did he say the chest pains were down to - heart problems - indigestion - gallbladder issues?

    Has he referred you for further tests? To simply blame the diet is ridiculous - Cambridge is one of the most researched, most tested diets in the world.

    I'm pretty sure I was the diet. I've never had chest pains in my life. I could barely breathe.

    He said to come off it and see how I felt and I have to say that Ive got absolutely no pain in my chest now. I think I'm gonna go back to slimming world. Feeling how I felt I don't know if I'm comfortable continuing with it.

    I know it's well researched, but I think it's one of those things that's not for everyone.
