I was so set on saving pennies this month and starting next month, but you lot inspired me to take the plunge a month early.

Hope you guys have space for another newbie.

I did CD 3 years ago and lost 7 stones but gave up before maintenance and in those 3 years gained 2.5 stones back :cry:

SO....... I'm here to complete my mission and this vlcd looks like it could be the way forward..... Just put my order in tonight.
