Today's food:
Museli/yogurt/banana

Tomato soup (heinz)
Muller corner

Fruit salad

Chilli con carne (no rice)
 
Well I had as planned but had cheese on my chilli! And a slice of seeded bread. Weigh in will be horrendous tomoz but I have ha the most stressful week at work to be honest and I think I've done bloody great considering!!!

13 week blitz ahead as of tomorrow!!! That's it: strong focus on training and eating well. Just about to plan tomorrows food :)
 
Tomorrow:

Museli/banana/yog = 5
Milk allowance =1

Boiled egg salad =6
Muller corner =5

Chicken, bacon and avocado salad = 9

Total=26PP
Weeklies =49/49 left

Soooo it's weigh in tonight!! Eeeeek! At least I know why it will be a gain! Fresh start today.
Had my breakfast as planned, lunch is made and dinner is all good to go. No exercise tonight as I have weigh in, then tuition. Am planning a run tomorrow x
