Had a fantastic weekend away and wasn't too bad, managed to track fri and sat but went out last night and had a day off. Back on plan today :) x

Dinner was a Rice Krispie square, snack a jacks and an apple, so my 6PP gone. Didn't fancy soup at all x

Had a sneaky weigh and it said 10st 7 so only 1.5 on from the naughty weekend. Hopefully I can get that off by thurs! A sts would be amazing!!! X

Swapped options for a ww Greek style yogurt, they are soooo nice, thick and creamy for only 1PP each :)
 
Weds food

1 toast with Lurpack lighter and tea =5

Banana =0
Baxters parsnip soup =6

Chicken and veg in maggi paprika = 5
Jacket potato and low fat spread = 10

Just had my tea and toast, back at the gym tonight for the first time in AGES!!!
Cannot wait for my dinner tonight, hopefully it will be delish! Gonna be a late one tho, I'll have to prep it before I go gym!
