Well....

I put 2lbs on from my horrific week!!! So I'm back up to 10st 7lbs!!! Not as bad as I thought. I'm not pointing today, ending my week today as I've had chocolate and cake but tomorrow I'm back on track. New weeklies, new week!!!
I'm out tomoz night but probs won't be drinking too much. Gym challenge starts Monday whoooop x

its only your birthday once a year, if you can't have a gain that week, the world is a bad place!
