Eeeeek I bloody know! If the scales haven't gone down, hopefully that means I'm building muscle and losing fat at the right pace.
Today:
2 boiled eggs

Brazil nuts
Mackerel in hot dressing over mixed leaves

1tbsp peanut butter

Chicken, courgette & peppers in a bag (sticky BBQ) with brown rice

1 hour class (body weight circuit)

Hi, don't end up getting weighed, I sat down and couldn't be arsed to get back up again haha! Plus it's bloody freezing here!
Yesterday's food:
2 weetabix/skimmed milk

Almonds
Tuna in balsamic vinegar

1tbsp peanut butter
4 crabsticks

Sirloin steak and salad
Natural yogurt and honey

1 hour weights class

Today is my rest day from exercise. Whoooop!!! Jut had two weetabix, will have nuts as my snack, not sure about lunch yet. For dinner I'm making a carbonara with wholemeal pasta and crime fraiche instead of cream :p can't wait x
