Hi all,

Today it's been snowing like mad, been soooo cold but got to leave work early-hurrah!!!
Have felt sooo hungry today and I think it's due to my run yesterday.
Today I also had a sponge and custard at work, so that will be my cheat meal for this week.
Today: 2 weetabix n skimmed milk

Seafood selection with salad, coleslaw and couscous
Sponge and custard

Almonds (snack)

Dinner: chicken n peppers in a bag
Brown rice
I'm not going back out in the snow so just did 30 mins if my David haye DVD! Only stopped because someone came home hahaha!!! Oh well! I will use today as my rest day this week xxx
 
I walked to the gym and back hahaha!!! I couldn't not go!!! X

Lunch: x6 crabsticks
Almonds
1tbsp peanut butter

Then I ate some natural fruit roll things that go in kids lunch boxes, only 27kcals each roll but I had like 8!!! Not allowed dried fruit! Hey ho!!!

Did private tuition and felt like I couldn't be arsed to exercise so went home

Had home made Bolognaise with wholemeal pasta and 3 squares of 90% Lindt chocolate

I feel fat and lazy!!!! :,(
 
I doubt it will have done any damage. in the bodybuilding world they have a cheat meal as it tricks your metabolism. just a little tip so try not to feel down xx

Thanks chick! Totted up cals on MFP and it was only 1300 but wayyyyy too many carbs
 
Today:

Porridge made with "Kara" coconut alternative milk....this is amazing!!!!! With honey also

Almonds
Left over Bolognaise (no pasta)
1tbsp peanut butter

2 hours gym (core conditioning and kettle)

Dinner: steak n salad
Maybe nat yogurt and honey after
 
Only did one class as it was so bloody hardcore, ill double tomorrow instead!!!
