Target

    Hi

    I am looking for some advice on what my target should be, I am currently at 10st 8ibs and 5ft 3 and a Size 14, I feel happy with where I am currently, I was going to try and lose another couple of ibs and then set that as my target weight as I don't think I would be abel to maintain my weight if I was to lost any more.

    Any advice ??

    Slimming World (but it ain't a diet)
    If you're happy where you are - and feel it's a maintainable weight - then call target. Only you will truly know inside yourself when you're there and happy with yourself. And if it comes that you feel you want to loose another half stone later - you can always reset your target.

    Agree - if your happy with where you are, then you are AT TARGET! so congratulations and WELL DONE!

    Thanks for the replies, I will see what I loose this week and take it from there, can't believe I have nearly got there. x
