Woe 5 lbs is amazing! Well done you! How many syns do u have? My consultant recommended using the full 15 to start with then reducing them as i lose .

My consultant reccomended around 10 a day, sometimes I don't have any which means I can have more the next day.

It's my 2nd WI tomorrow and I really really hope I have lost at least 2lbs so I have reached my half a stone award with SW.

Am off to find your new diary hun xx
 
4lbs this week :D Won slimmer of the week and got my sticker for losing 1/2 stone!

So so pleased, lets hope for another good loss next week :D

I have been terrible at keeping up with this! I need to start recording what I eat as my losses are a bit dodgy at the moment.

Breakfast - 2 x slices of bread (HEXB) banana and muller light yogurt
Lunch - tuna salad - lettuce and tomatos (free and superfree)
Tea - SW chilli (free and superfree)
Snacks - pineapple and fruit salad (superfree) Glass of milk (HEXA)
Syns - 1 Maltesers bunny - 8
