My Brother in-law has just got back from a trip to Africa, and has kindly brought me back some loose leaf tea. There are 5 bags in all - vanilla tea, ginger tea, pepper tea, lemongrass tea and 'loose leaf tea'. Can I have any of these teas? They are all loose leaf, but I am reluctant to have any if they may jepordise my weightloss. Thanks in advance for your help :)

The loose leaf tea should be fine. And the Pepper Tea sounds 'interesting'.
I'd avoid the Lemongrass Tea (might have citric acid in it)and the Vanilla Tea (sounds sweet). And the Ginger Tea sound like just the thing to save until you're feeling under the weather.
Why not keep them in an airtight container until you're at goal? Tea keeps of ages that way.

Yep I agree the only one that sounds as though it would be ok is Loose Leaf tea. The Vanilla one is made from a flower not a leaf and we are only allowed leaf teas.

Wouldn't have thought any of them would jeopardise your weight loss however they may kick you out of ketosis which is what you want to avoid.

    Hope this helps.
