    Ingredients are:

    Camomile
    Blackberry leaves
    Rooibos
    Green Rooibos
    Honeybush
    Honey Flavouring
    Vanilla Flavouring
    Honey Crispys

    Thanks Laney lol - I texted my CDC who says no because of the honey aspect ;o(

    Will stick to peppermint for now

    I think the general rule is that you can have any tea that has no additives, and that is made only from the leaf not from flowers or fruits.
