I'm new to this, and I was wondering if I could drink green tea with jasmine on TFR..

Hi Lee,

Unfortuantely no you can't have any flowery tea's..just leafy teas
Thats what I have been told anyway, no flower or berry type teas, just leafy ones

Well i I have found out today from my chemist that it is a no.. No flower or fruit tea's...
Shame as it is my favourite, and I'm missing it a bit..
Earl grey all the way..lol

On a different note He (Chemist) did say that the tea and coffee intake must be additional to the water intake .. so four pints + tea and coffee... Got to have a wee now I've said it...lol

Peppermint tea with sweetener in it is gorgeous! went to morocco a couple of years ago and thats all they drink out there! i love it!!! =) xx
