I hope everyone had a good evening, I got home from work and my dad had left a parcel at my house, I opened it and it was a pair of size 16 topshop jeans, my ultimate goal, he gave me a card saying he believed in me and that I could do this! I was so touched and now they are hanging up in my bedroom like a picture-they are my target!

It's going well hun 100% ss all the way. I have the ready made shakes because im lazy when it comes to preparing stuff lol i've had my three for today and i feel positive! Yeah there was a little drama but believe me it is all in the past literally :-D thank you for asking!
