3lbs down - - and starting to feel that I've shed weight. Still achey from overweight - but a bit easier going upstairs, jeans waistband is looser and I think my face looks clearer - maybe less inflamation. Just over 5% lost! Still eating 2 meals a day - not ready for one meal a day yet.

Well done Aligal on your weight loss. Gives you a real boost when you start to notice your weight loss. As well as 5% lost you have hit 1 stone lost congrats. Even if you are eating 2 meals a day something is working very well for you as 3lb loss is a good loss one to be very proud off
