I would love to join but a bit unsure what it's all about...
I set a target that I want to lose in October and then report in each week? Do I tell you what I have lost on my WI day (Thursday) or on day set by you? I assume that each team kinda competes with each other as to who loses the most in the month?
Is this right or am I confused again?!
Well, I need October to be 100% - November is a big month for me and I wanna feel as good as poss for it.
My target for October is 10lbs - possibly a bit ambitious but I gotta try as this would take me to my pre-pregnancy (baby number 1) weight and would give me the extra confidence needed for November.
Anyhows, sorry for the waffle. x

I had a month break and put on 2lbs - not too bad really as I didn't try at all.
Still got sooooo much stress going on at home but I can't wait for my life to calm down to start losing weight.

Go on then, I will join the majority and say 10lbs target for me. This is only 2 lbs a week (as I weigh in tomorrow) so I'm feeling positive about this!

Been at the hospital all day as eldest boy had op to remove appendix and youngest had a raging temp all night. What a nightmare - 2 at once.
Baby has a viral infection, 13 year old had op and doing ok. Have left Dad wih him to come home for the other 3.
So hardly eaten today and what I did grab was not good. Baby wont leave me alone so no chance to cook.

Goodness, what a day! Hope they both feel better v. soon! I hate the old viral infections they get, how old is your youngest? My LO was 2 in June and he is soo clingy, been told it's a boy thing but who knows!!

If you're still short of members, is there room for me? I've just rejoined SW after a break through the summer when I managed to put back on the weight that I'd already lost :break_diet:so I need some motivation again. If there's room, can you put me down for 10 pounds?
