I have just bought ones of these last week and WOW! I have made chips and wedges in it so far and I am impressed! The chips were so like proper chippy chips (much nicer than sw chips) and the wedges were delish! just used potatoes, frylight and spicy season all!

Just wanted to share as I think it is by far the best investment I have made. Oh and my OH bought it for me in anticipation of me getting my stone sticker on tues well done him!!

I love mine Had it about a month now and use it at least twice a week, not just for chips either

I'm a huge fan too, i use mine for chips, butternut squash wedges, roasted veggies and made fab scotch eggs in it a couple of weeks ago....couldn't be without it now

I've just looked it up - do you put a spoonful of oil in or can you use the fry light?

I use the frylight in it - does the same I think but if you prefered oil, you can have some as a heb although check your book for the quantity.

Camille what else do you do in yours? In the instruction book it mentions sauces but i wouldnt know where to start.
