Well yesterday was all change again as my niece and I went for a walk and got back too late to make coq au vin

So we ended up having a sausage tortilla with chips and salad

Followed by choc and cherry trifle

Anyone who has a fitbit and I have added in the past can you remind me of your fitbit name. I have been going mad deleting random people on my leaderboard and may ave gone too far :)

I am happy to add anyone I chat to on here but just had lots of people I have never even had any contact with.

Did I see a 10 mile run in there somewhere? Wow! I am still working my way up to 5 mile walks! :D
 
weigh in day and i have woken up with sausage fingers and the scales up a pound. Fingers crossed some of that water is gone before this evening. Hopefully i will reach target one in group of being under 12 st in group

Lol like so many of us I am completely focused or have my head in a barrel of chocolate :) Today's plan
Liking the number on my home scales going to be really good to hopefully get an even better number tomorrow ready for wi tomorrow night :)

Typical that today's number on the scale is slightly higher than yesterday. But still on track for a loss this afternoon at group .

3 pounds until next mini goal :)
14 pounds to target :)

Have made a pact with a friend to not weigh until group each week !! If we sneak peak 1 pound goes into the charity box. Also 10 p forfeit for going over daily Syns unless planned for in advance and Syns saved :)
