Terrified about first ever Weigh-in

    My first week on slimming world, really enjoying so far.

    Goal to lose approx 22lbs (1st 8lbs)
    Which is not a huuuge amount but needs to be done

    But just terrfied I won't lose any weight.

    The weight has flown off in the first week for everyone else, but they want to lose more than I do. So does this mean I won't see much of a loss?

    I'm 5ft8 and 11st 6

    I have been averging about 8 syns daily - any educated guesses as to whether I'm likely to lose much weight? :confused:

    Nobody can tell you. Each persons body is different and we all lose weight at different rates. All you can do is stick to plan and wait and see.

    And remember, slow and steady wins the race. It's a marathon, not a sprint!

    Let us know how you do, I'm on my first week as well, I've got weigh in after work and I'm not feeling any different, so doubt I've had one of these miraculous super duper first week weightlosses.

    Lost 4 lbs! No idea what I was worrying about...!

    I was petrified at my first weigh in but I lost 7.5lbs!
    Well done on your weight loss that's fab! :) xxx
