My first week on slimming world, really enjoying so far. Goal to lose approx 22lbs (1st 8lbs) Which is not a huuuge amount but needs to be done But just terrfied I won't lose any weight. The weight has flown off in the first week for everyone else, but they want to lose more than I do. So does this mean I won't see much of a loss? I'm 5ft8 and 11st 6 I have been averging about 8 syns daily - any educated guesses as to whether I'm likely to lose much weight?
