Tesco finest king prawn and scallop risotto syns

Hi anyone know ..I know u would normally do 1 syn for every 20 calories but this don't include free foods in the product iykwim

It's not on Syns Online so we need the following info to try the calculator;
Calories (kCal per 100g) or (kJ per 100g) Protein (grams per 100g) Carbs (grams per 100g) Fat (grams per 100g) Package/portion size (grams)

It comes out at 16 syns for 360g - maybe someone else who looks in might chck that for me as it's one of the first times I've used the calculator.
