I know the tesco strawberry water is ok to drink but is the apple one ok too?

The ingredients are: spring water, malic acid, natural flavouring, sweetener (sucralose)

as long as they dont have citric acid in they are fine I love the apple one! I alternate between apple and strawberry to mix things up a bit haha!

Yeah I've been doing that too, was just wondering as I'm trying to figure out what is knocking me out of ketosis. I've had nothing with citric acid or anything with a high volume of carbs at all *sob sob, weep weep*
