Tesco Fresh and easy

Hi all,
First post! I am doing slimming world on the cheap and have borrowed my sister in law's books etc but haven't got access to the calculators. Could some nice person please tell me what the syns are for Tesco Fresh & Easy Chicken With Cheese & Bacon 590G and/or Tesco pork crackling joint please- want to have one of them on sunday since they have been in the freezer forever!

Not sure about the pork crackling joint - is it just pork with crackling on - if it is and you avoid the crackling and just eat the lean meat it could well be free

Thank you! I had seen the thread but wondered if anybody had any other info. I decided to syn it the same as the chicken with cheese and leek in the end! I thought the syn values were very low but when I saw how much actual cheese and bacon was on the chicken it made sense!
You are probably right about the pork - it will be difficult to leave the crackling though
