can anyone tell me the syn value of tesco light choices chicken tikka masala with yellow rice? thinking of having it for my lunch today but want to be sure of the syns first! am doing slim fast and it is well under my 600 calorie allowance, but just wondered the syn value as i plan on going back to doing slimming world after i have kickstarted my weight loss on slim fast! thanks guys

oh my gosh, is this with a free food allowance at all? the rice must be free on green and extra easy surely? might have to avoid this one if not!

Not sure hun, a lot of these processed things have oils and all sorts in them which hike the syns up. I would just leave it x

yeah you're probably right, i will have it whilst i'm doing slim fast cuz it'sabout 350 calories, but once i'm back on slimming world i'll have to try making some of my own thanks again hun
