It's not online - can you post the pack size, and the nutritional information per 100g (calories, total fat, total carbs and total protein)?

I assume that rice is the first ingredient?

Hey paperclip, got this info from Tesco's website as I have misplaced the box (but eaten the contents) The pack size is 355g. Yep it's rice!

100g contains:
Energy 105kcal
Protein 2.4g
Carbohydrate 18.0g
Fat 2.3g
Fibre 1.2g
