I only got the new food directory on Tuesday so I had no Idea, just goes to show though I been eating them and have still lost 6lbs in 3 weeks.

What a brill weight loss! I find the food directory so useful, walk around the supermarket with it in my bag, get some funny looks but who cares! Happy slimming

Does any1 know the syn value for the tesco meat free chicken style nuggets each please..?? Ive bin tryin 2find out for ages and cant seem to find the value anywhere...

ANGRY!!!

Since posting this I have bought the Free Branded food guide 2011 and guess what... it says Tesco Lincolnshire Sausage 6 sausages frozen FREE on all plans. So does anyone know the truth.

I would go with what is quoted online as that will be more up to date. If in doubt you can phone the syn hotline for a definitive answer
