This is quite high isn't it. As an alternative, Sainsbury do some lovely low fat chargrilled quarter pounders in their Be Good to Yourself range which, are 2.5 syns each on EE or Red. I wouldn't say they are particularly 'chargrilled' in taste, but they are really nice juicy burgers.

I just tend to make my own now, using EL mince, onions, garlic and seasonings mixed with an egg. They are every bit as good as any shop bought ones, and FREE :)
