Tesco ready meals

I was wondering if any body knows of some free/low syn ready meals from Tesco or Sainsburys. There are some late night's at work coming up and I want something easy and ready for the unplanned overtime....

Tesco do a syn free chick pea dhal which is in a tin, you could serve it with some salad or an uncle bens rice (syns but usually only 2 or 3) and salad. I've only ever tried the asda one but I'm sure it's much the same.

I don't know sorry but why don't u make up some meals and freeze in portions things like spaghetti Bol or chilli would be good

In the Tesco's Light Choices range they do 2 x chicken breasts in a tomato and basil sauce. This is in the chilled section and you can just bung it in the microwave and it's done in minutes. It's only two Syns for the whole lot. You could have some microwave steam veg to go with it - a low Syn, tasty dinner in minutes!!
